3. HTTP & request-response paradigm understanding

4. Servlets & jsp usage in real projects

5. MVC understanding

6. Intermediate level of English

7. Good communication skills

8. "Team-player" style

1. MVC java web frameworks usage in real projects (Struts, Spring MVC, JSF)

2. Javascript & AJAX

3. Portals & portlets

4. BEA Weblogic

5. Spring

6. Patterns (GoF, Web UI)
